update-ux asks for wrong CD, then dieed
I am updating a K570 from 11.0 to 11.i using the Sept 2003 update programs. The system runs through the first CD OK, then asks for the 2nd. When I put the CD marked #2 in, update-ux said it was the wrong one. But the CD marked #3 worked fine. When I was asked to load CD 3, I tried loading CD2, then "pressed Enter to continue" before the CD had spun up. So update-ux complained that the CD was not mounted. Then update-ux died. If I re-run update-ux, will it start where it left off? What CD is it looking for?
TIA
TIA

Re: update-ux asks for wrong CD, then dieed
Guess here:
There was some kind of production problem with the cd's and you need a new set.
Second guess: There was a mistake with update-ux and you need a differenet set of cd's.
If possible try the December 2003 or March 2004 cd's(if they exist) and see how it goes.
It would seem that new media is required in any of the above scenarios.
