update-ux second CD problem

glad someone else ran into this problem before me!

Im curious, does anyone know if this problem is limited to just the Dec. 2003 11i CD's? Or is it the same across all releases?

When I upgraded from 11.0 to 11.11 I had the same problem with the second CD. update-ux program has some difficulties finding sw in CDs. I think, It depends on which CDs you are using (FOE, MCOE, ...).
When I was asked for the second CD and update-ux detects that no expected sw was found in it, I inserted the third CD and all was fine. When I was asked for the third CD, I removed this third CD and re-inserted it. Then, expected sw was found.
(You can also try to re-insert the first CD...)
