Re: upgrade download's
Go through Software Update Manager (available from the Maintenance and Support main page), click on Order Software Updates, select your desired system handle (if you have more than one), then look at the application releases. If the product you're looking for isn't there, then keep looking at the older app releases until you find it - that's the latest release.
If that doesn't do it, call HP.

Re: upgrade download's
The most common cause of this seems to be purchasing extra licensed software from some VAR and they forget to inform HP so that your contact and SUM get updated.

Re: upgrade download's
Thanx for ur response.
when i get into SUM i get this message on the screen:
order software updates
sum home order updates be notified
view order status view system handle details
no software updates available
There may be several reasons why no software updates are available :
* If the selected contracts are new or recently changed, it may take a few days for physically deliverable items to appear on this screen.
* If the selected contracts are License to Use (LTU) Only contracts, there will be no physically deliverable items listed on this screen.
* If neither of these two conditions apply, please review your system handle details. After viewing your system handle details, you will have an opportunity to report any potential problems you find to HP.

I am contacting HP regarding this since several days, no use at all.
I think HP is a dumb, they can't update the system handle to SUM when they issued s/w support contarct

Re: upgrade download's
I've always found SUM to be difficult to use, at best. Sometimes the phone call is the best solution, and the fastest!
Good luck,
Pete
