Dear Ravinder,
1. Run #cmviewcl -v and ensure all nodes,packages and Network status is UP
2. examine /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log for any errors( from cmcld, cmlvmd or so cluster services).
Check if all packages are UP and RUNNING

As other said check the rc.log.
Check for new device file creation under /dev.
Check IOSCAN -fC
Also, check the /var/adm/syslog
Again, check your cluster startup log, normally used /var/
