Upgrade to 11.31 and received a SIGSEGV for stack growth failure.

When upgrading from 11.23 to 11.31 I received the following message "received a SIGSEGV for stack growth failure. Possible causes: insufficient memory or swap space, or stack size exceeded maxssiz."

The install was about 90% and just locked up with the message. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I had to rebuild with my ignite to reboot the system to a stable state.

Shalom,

The latest reason not to use upgrade-ux.

After you restore ignite plan a cold install of the 11.31 OS if you think the OS is stable enough for normal use at this time, which I don't think it is.

If this is a "known" problem, then why doesn't HP address it? More and more HP is getting the Compaq mentality, which is a real shame!
