Upgrade to HP-UX B.11.31 ?

Hi friends,

I need some opinions on a few questions.

Currently my servers are running on HP-UX B.11.23. 2 of my servers are running as Cluster (MC ServiceGuard).

1. If I were to upgrade from B.11.23 to B.11.31, will there be any impact on the Cluster environment?

2. Will the upgrade cause the Cluster (using MC Serviceguard) not working or need some reconfiguration ?

3. Will it impact OVO Monitoring, Backup sofrwares such as DataProtector ?

You should read the hp-ux 11i v3 release notes, that lists all the changes done for 11i v3 (there are now 2 releases, Feb 2007 and Sept 2007):
