Re: upgrading Directory Server
And what do you think of the following information:
http://www.software.hp.com/cgi-bin/swdepot_parser.cgi/cgi/displayProductInfo.pl?productNumber=T1398AA
I am not sure to understand, Sun ONE Directory Server 5.1 or Netscape Directory Server v6.02 for HP-UX?
Thanks.

Re: upgrading Directory Server
Hmmm its confusing - I can't keep up with what these companies are doing. From what I can gather, since the iPlanet alliance between AOL (Netscape) and Sun ended, both have taken the software their own way. Which means there are effectively two competing versions available, one from Sun and one from AOL branded as Netscape.
If HP are supporting the AOL/Netscape version then you're probably better off with that one on HPUX. I don't really know what the differences are between the two versions, you might want to have a read through the respective release notes.
Regards,
Steve
