Upgrading from 10.20 to 11.0 HP/UX and Openview

Does anyone have any experience upgrading from 10.20 to 11.0 with NNM 6.1 already running on the 10.20 version? Is a new install required or is there a migration path?

Here we are still running HPUX10.20 because a general consensus of sysadms are for a new install to HPUX11, and the responsible of openvue seem to agree (ex-sysadm...) only he said the install would imply a complete OV db reconstruction...
