Upgrading from 32bit to 64bit

Anyone know where I can find white papers or any documentations that discusses the potential performance impacts to an application that upgrades fFrom 32bit app to a 64bit application on itanium hardware. Primarily interested in CPU, Memory and Disk resources that may be impacted.
