Upgrading Hpux 11.00 to Hpux 11.11

I am carring out an upgarde on an HPUX 11.00 server and the upsate was unsucessful. Tha attached is the error message found.

The CDs are the newly ordered ones and the error still occured.

Please assist.

What steps did you take when attempting to do the update?

You must follow the steps as outlined in the installation and update manuals located here:
