URGENT: Is changing the NDD tcp window size a dynamic change

I need to run some tests that require changing the tcp transmit and receive window sizes from the default of 32K. Is this a dynamic change or will it require a server reboot.

Also does anyone know the proper parameters to change? We are having sftp speed issues.

It does not require reboot. You have to run the ndd command to change it manually anytime. You should put the change in the appropriate parameter variable in /etc/rc.config.d/nddconf to make it effective during reboot.
