Is there some software (driver/command)
avaiable to access a USB Memory Stick on
HP-UX 11.X?

Thanks,

Serge

Nope, there is not.

The only things I know that HP-UX uses USB for are keyboards and mice. Nothing else is supported as far as I know.

I second Patrick - there are no USB devices other than keyboards and mice supported on HP-UX that I know of.

Can I use USB Flash memory drives on my HP-UX Integrity server ?
Yes with restrictions - see details below.

Re: USB Memory Stick on HP-UX

Shalom Serge,

The hardware world of HP-UX is smaller, but well tested and more reliable.

You can try and use such a device.

It may even work.

It is not supported by HP and you should not try and use it in a production way.

Thanks Arun.
I may try it with my Itanium machines.
