We have a DS2100. This system contains 4 disks. Disks are mirrored among them. All have same capacity. However, one of they is a USCSI 320, while the others are USCSI 160. We have detect some problems in the disk that mirror the USCSI 320. Solution could be replace the USCSI 160 by USCSI 320?. I say this because we have another USCSI 320 disk. Thanks a lot.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00223150/c00223150.pdf
U320 disks are supported, but will only run at 160 MB/s speeds only.
Could you post what kind of errors you are getting?

Re: USCSI 320 disk mirroring
This looks like your disk is dying
# diskinfo -v /dev/rdsk/c0t10d0
# dd if=/dev/rdsk/c0t10d0 of=/dev/null bs=1024k
is the dd reporting an error ?
