Use command line to convert trusted system

Which command to convert system to the trusted system(Not using SAM,just command.)?

I doubt there is any man page of tsconvert.

Hi,
#/usr/lbin/tsconvert -c (to convert to trusted system)
#/usr/lbin/tsconvert -r (to remove)
