use of libray librt.so

Hello,

I wabt to use the functions defined in the file mqueue.h.
I found on internet that the library I must use is librt.so but on my machine HP I don't find this library.
version : hp-ux 11i version 1.
is this library not install by default ?
Please help me.

On hp-ux 11i version 1 the library is /usr/lib/librt.sl, which is installed by default.
