use of pam_pwcheck under HP-UX 11.11 ?

Is somebody using the pam_pwcheck library under HP-UX 11.11 ?
I'm looking for the pam_pwcheck.so file...

Better way is to compile it from source - here is latest version - http://www.thkukuk.de/pam/pam_pwcheck/

I'm not a specialist in compilation and I get error message while compiling the source :

"checking for sys/syslog.h... no
configure: error: some basic headers are missing"

That's why I'm looking for the .so file, but if somebody can help...
