User Templates and Trusted Mode

Has anyone encountered an issue when moving a system to trusted mode the user templates within sam are no longer available? I still see them on the system in /var/sam/ug/templates however cannot access them through sam. Thanks.

I can see no reason why going to trusted mode casued this.

For grins, try rebuilding the user template in sam after conversion and see if its available after that.

Thanks Steven,
I recreated the template without any issues and can access it through sam. Seems kind of weird that the one that was in there became inaccessable when trusted mode was put in place. Thanks for the help.

More Info:

User Templates are located in /var/sam/ug/templates.

Non-Trusted Mode User Templates are in file nts.

Trusted Mode User Templates are in file ts.
