users of ftponly group-----password prompt??

Hi All,

Is there anyway to do this:

1)When users belon to 'ftponly' group they will be prompted for change their password.
I am using the latest ftpd ver downloaded from itrc.

2) How can I hide 'usr' directory from user home directory for 'ftponly' users?
