using csshsetup with an 11iv1 server

I have 3 11.23 servers that are tied together with csshsetup. I'm running the command from one of the servers that has 11.23 installed and when i try to add a server that has hp unix 11.11 i get an error:
"ssh: connect to host xxxxxx.xxxx.edu port 22: Connection refused
Failure: Unable to exchange keys with xxxxxx.xxxx.. "
the 11.23 servers are successfully secured to one another. Is there another way to get a secured connection with the 11.11 server between at least one of the 11.23 servers ?

A "connection refused" complaint normally
means that you're talking to the other
system, but that the requested server isn't
running there, in this case, the SSH server.

Around here, /sbin/rc2.d/S393secsh ->
/sbin/init.d/secsh seems to start it.

i don't have those entries, is there a charge for ssh on 11.11, if so is there a trial version i could use for 30 days since my 11.11 server is being returned within 30 days ?

As I recall, this stuff was just there when I
installed the OS ("December 2006" CDs). But
I did see this recently:

thanks for the links.... unfortunately when i try to download ssh i get an error message 'unable to process your order '....had to create a case with HP and see if they can reslove the problem
