Using rsync:Third-party transfers?

Hi,

Is it possible? Third-party transfers in the following form using RSYNC utility.

rsync ruser1@rhost1:path1 ruser2@rhost2:path2

It is possible using rcp, but rsync?

Give some light on this issue.
