using wlm for npar resizing with ICOD cpus

I need to setup npar resizing using ICOD cpus automtically under WLM. I see that the example configuration files shipped with WLM shows two scenarios:

(1) npar_icod_manual_allocation.wlmpar
(2) vpar_usage_goal.wlmpar

Since I want the npar resizing to be done automatically and not manually thru wlmsend, Can I just modify the vpar_usage_goal.wlmpar to take the keyword npar_icod instead of vpar and reuse the same? (Or is there any major difference in the way wlm handles VPAR and NPAR ?)
