Yes, it will be possible for hp-ux server run with lexmark printer using jetdirect application. Suggest to download unix driver from vendor site or else use "dumb" defination

On the document, they informed that LEXMARK printer is HP PCL compatible and most resembles the HP LaserJet 4 or 4si.

If the previous information didnt help you, try to use 'dumb' as the driver.
