V Class Can Not Boot

Hi All Unix Gurus,
My V Class Server can not boot, its error messages look like follow :
ERORR: enable failed: volboot file not loades transaction are disabled"
and "FATAL ERROR: Rootdg cannot be imported during boot" and "Vold is not en
abled for transaction No volumes started"...
sh:netsat not found
sh:grep not found
sh:grep not found
