Va7100 and emc power path

I have an VA7100 and one EMC calriion CX300 attached to a HP N4000 server , HPUX 11.11 OS.

As a part a performace issue resolution EMC has suggested to load Powerpath software on this server.My issue is will the VA7100 will be affected if we install Powerpath . Will those LUNs from VA7100 also taken care by powerpath (load balancing and failover )?.Will Power path gives nay issue to VA7100 LUNs ?

Please reply me if you have any information about it .
