/var/opt/dce/svc/error.log is filled with ERRORs

/var/opt/dce/svc/error.log is filled with ERRORs

I am getting thousands of messages like this in this log? What gives? I have applied the latest DCE patch and the logs continue to grow.

This is HP-UX 11.23i running OVO-U 8. We have also been getting messages stating that the OVO consoles cannot log in which seems to be related to the DCE agent.

HELP!!!!

Please make sure that max_thread_proc is large enough.

I recall that it was giving problems sometime ago.
