Veritas Action Agent hanging at shutdown

Hi all,

[HP-UX 11.31] One of my virtual partitions (vpar) is hanging (without continuing) at a `shutdown -h now` command. It hangs at the line `Stopping Veritas Enterprise Administrator action agent`. It does not happen every shutdown, but it does one out off two times. I can't figure out why of how to solve it.

Note: the root disk is managed by Veritas, but I have a LVM mounted volume (mirrored) as well (on another disk).

Any ideas?
