veritas-ucl information

Hi all,

Looking at turning off some unnecessary services on my HPUX 11.11 box and stumbled into port 2148 on which apparantly veritas-ucl is listening.

This system is not using VxVM, only LVM and I don't remember having veritas-ucl running on 10.20 systems.

Does anyone know :
1) How to check if this is indeed veritas-ucl listening on this port.
2) if this service can be safely turned off.

Just connecting to the port using telnet doesn't reveal much at all.
The service seems to be related to VxVM, but not sure what it does.
