need document for VERITAS Volume Manager in 11.23, not admin such such before

it used VxVM for volume management,and I never managed such enviroment,you know,no vg and lv relative ,just want to know how to build up such enviroment

You can transfer from lv to vg with the utility comes together with Volume Manager's software.
