Very slow XDMCP

A week ago I upgraded our L3000 from 11.11 to 11.23. The server is located in a closed network with no connections to the outside world, therefore all firewalls etc are turned off.
Even though resposes to/from my local DNS works fine, XDMCP respones veeery slow from my X-terminals (LTSP) og Linux WS.
Does anybody have a hint what is wrong?
