VG missing in /etc/lvmtab

I have a VG that is mounted and functioning fine, but when I do a vgdisplay it is not in /etc/lvmtab. I assume that if the system was to go down this would not come back. Any idea on how to resolve?

The other issue was a problem with mirroring a drive. This is a different issue on the same server. You did point it out to me. After my last posting on the other thread I received no additional help. I started a new thread to get attention to this issue. So if you wouldn't mind providing some assistance I would appreciate it.

If we could please focus on this issue, I would appreciate it. Since I have received no help on the other thread I would like to see if anyone has any constructive ideas on how I can address the issue listed above.
