one of my root disk was bad and I hooked a new disk in and fired vgcfgrestore -n vg00 /dev/rdsk/c2t1d0. and triedn to vgsybc it. but did not helped. not I wish to remove that new disk from vg00 but I cant remove it. below are the outputs.
# strings /etc/lvmtab

Please let me kno how can I remove this PV from the vg00.

# vgchange -a y vg00
Then try your vgsync, pvdisplay, etc.

All disks need pvcreate command to be run on them prior to any other commands.

Patrick: It worked well.. I reacvtivated the vg00 and then vgsync. it was cool.
Steven: I didnt do pvcreate on that disk, but still it worked.
