Viewing Contents of Itanium Ignite Tape

I vaguely remember that you can see what's on the tape by rewinding, forward spacing x number of files and then using tar -t to see the contents.  I also seem to remember that the number of files you have to forward space changed from PA-RISC to Itanium, but I'm not sure on that.  I've tried fsf'ing from 1 through 16 and every time I get either a "directory checksum error" or a "Tar: tape blocksize error".  What am I missing?

Hey Pete,

On Itanium systems you have to 'fsf 22' before doing your 'tar -t'.
