vim 7.0 on 11.0

Does anybody know of a binary download for the above. I'd build it, but would have to download all the tools, and I'd like to avoid that if possible.

i've a 6.4 depot for hpux11.00, no other release.

I've got that as well, was hoping to install 7.0 just to keep the release consistent w/ a couple of AIX boxes that are here as well
