Virtual Printet disables after enable

I have a printer that is disabled. When I try to enable it, it immediately disables again, by scheduler.
this is on A class running 11.0
the printer is virtual, being a pipe to an application.

enable app900

lpstat -t app900

printer app900 disabled since Dec 1 10:22 -
disabled by scheduler: ERROR: Printer interface script returned non-zero exit status.
fence priority : 0

Printet= PRINTER

I found there was a bad job and it has been canceled.
