Use the hpvmmigrate command,
man hpvmmigrate

Re: VM Guest Disk Problem

hpvmmigrate is only migrating configurations
not OS disks

Re: VM Guest Disk Problem

so your question is not that clear.
Reading it again, am I to understand you have removed a VM that had /dev/vg00/lvol9 assigned to it? And you now wish to use the same LV for a new VM on the same VM Host?
If so then you just create the VM and add in the storage, but note you need to use the RAW device: /dev/vg00/rlvol9
If it is not working, some error messages may be of use, as well as an hpvmstatus output of that VM.

Re: VM Guest Disk Problem

Hi Thanks for your information

I had added the lvol to a new machine.after that i had changed the kernal boot path
from -lm mode by vgexport/vgimport/lvlnboot

now the issue is solved
