VMGuest OS install

Using instl_adm with the -T and/or -D options on the server may help
isolate the problem. (See instl_adm(1M) and instl_adm(4) man pages.)

... other files
it askes
loadfile command failed, retry? ([y]/n):
If I say Y it fails again if N it reboots.
Any ideas?

Could you tell us how do you install the VM Guest? If you are using the Ignite-UX Golden Image, have you configured the Ignite-UX?

I have configured the DVD drive on the guest using:
hpvmmodify -P vmg1 -a dvd:scsi::disk:/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0

The error message appears very similar like installation from Golden Image.
Have you try using other media? Does the result same?
