`vmstat -s` in Solaris v.s. HP-UX 11.0
Hi,
`vmstat -s` gives total number of various system events such as paging activities. In Solaris, this output also includes CPU ticks:
7763955 user cpu
1432756 system cpu
715439189 idle cpu
42502 wait cpu
I used these ticks to calculate cpu usage between polling intervals. I belive this gives me better "average" figures than running `vmstat 1 2` which represents only a snapshot at the time of polling.
The HP-UX 11.0 version of `vmstat -s` output does not include such counters. Can anyone suggest any other HP-UX commands that offer cpu ticks?
Thanks.

You may get what you want with the performance data collection tool I'm attaching.
