some time we are gettinbg following allert in server , can some one assist , please let me know how to get pv - id
LVM: Performed a switch for Lun ID = 0 (pv = 0x000000009a4e2000), from raw device 0x1f131600 (with priority: 1, and current flags: 0x0) to raw device 0x1f151600 (with priority: 0, and current flags: 0x80).
LVM: VG 64 0x020000: PVLink 31 0x151600 Recovered.

It means just what it says. At some point, an i/o operation failed (probably a timeout) and switched from the primary path for the device to an alternate. The system later recovered. This is fairly common in array LUN's if the default timeout of 30 seconds was used. Typically array LUN's should have their timeouts set to something in the 120-180 second range. You can change this value "on the fly" using the pvchange command.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
