vmunix: LVM: vg[11]: pvnum=0 (dev_t=0x1f002000) is POWERFAILED

I'm facing the problem below in syslog and not able to access file system related with this problem even that physical bolume is available.
But I'am not sure whether I'm checking suitable disk for this error.
I'm attaching result of vgdisplay and pvdisplay command. In addition, I'll attache syslog. Anybody kindly help me.
Regards

The dev_t number indicates disk /dev/dsk/c0t2d0 is failed. You can confirm that disk is part of vg11 with vgdisplay -v vg11. That output will also show which lvols are stale if the disk is mirrored. If it is mirrored, replace it and use vgcfgrestore and vgsync to restore the configuration and stale lvols.

If the disk is in a fiber channel mass storage device, you need to run the fcmsutil command with the replace_dsk option to allow the new device to be used. regards,kd
