Vpar 11.23 v04.XX problems
Hy,
I am installing vpars in a rx server, i have installed the software, patches, assigned resources to the vpar, changed de autoboot string in EFI, vparenv -n vPars, and a reboot, when the server comes up it all goes ok, i get to the MON> prompt vparload -p the server it boots ok but it hangs like 20 minutes when it loads the vmunix kernel of the vpar, like this:

Booting kernel...
is it normal? that the first vpar takes 20 minutes to load the kernel, afterwards it loads the system ok, its not a big problem i just thougth it takes to long to boot.
Does anybody have a clue?

my first clue is to check if the boot loader patch is needed.

Without more details I can only give you these hints:
- check if your vPars version is latest (A.04.03)
- check if the servers firmware is latest (don't know your model)
- check if the patch bundles are current
all may effect your vPars.
