vpar I/O cards

Can vpars share the same hba and network cards? If vpars can share the same card, does a "virtual" MAC for Nic and WWN for Hba get created?

I don't think so. I believe all vPars have to have their own independent I/O cards.

Nope, vPars still require LBA/HBA separation. You can only do that I think with Integrity Virtual Machines and vMware.
