Re: Vpar on 11.11,need reinstall, what should I do?
What info should I catch before reinstall ?
Make a Backup of the vg00 with Ignite, just in case you need to restore the server
Does the whole Npar need to be reboot?
Nope, you only have to reboot the vpar you are going to re-install
You can use ignite server with a depot of the hp-ux os version you are going to install, or use the dvd media of the os a install it from there.
Have a look at the info on vpars and ignite in hp.docs.com
Windows?, no thanks
