Vparboot -I on PaRisc System (rp7420)

Hello,
I have configured an Ignite-UX server to Install Golden Images.
The Ignite-UX work well, i have created 2 Images:
One for an rp3440 and when i used this image it work well.
And an other one for Vpars.

On a rp7420 :

I create a second vpar form my first vpar with this command :
vparcreate -p vpar2 -B auto -a cpu::1 -a cpu:::1:4 -a mem::2048 -a io:0/0/12 -a io:0/0/14 -a io:0/0/12/1/0.101.5.255.1.3.0:BOOT

The 0/0/12 is a FC card tachyon xl2
the 0/0/14 is a Combo A5838A (Dual Lan + Dual Scsi).

And when i execute the command :
vparboot -p vpar2 -I 145.42.15.240,/opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.11/WINSTALL
it doesn't work and i have this message :

vparboot unable to boot vpar2 : unable to receive install file from host "145.42.51.240"

Help me please.
