vPars supported on PA-RISC for 11i v2?

vPars supported on PA-RISC for 11i v2?

Dear All,
Does anyone know whether Virtual Partitions are supported on PA-RISC (rp8420) on HP-UX 11i v2?

The documentation that I've read is a little ambiguous and seems to indicate that they will be supported on version A.04.01 for v2 when it is released.

Last summer at HP World, the statement made by HP was that vpars was not currently supported on 11i v2 PA-RISC or Itanium. They mentioned a support date which I can not remember.

If the documentation is ambigious, I would await positive confirmation prior to planning or beginning any upgrade.

Version A.04.01 of vPars will be supported on HP-UX 11.23 September 2004 release on both IPF and PARISC when it becomes available, which should be within the next 1-3 months.
