Hi Friends, I have a SD64, HPUX 11.i, a virtual partition reports 7 CPUS configured

run vparstatus -A and see the output for any available CPUs.

Eduardo,

The only thing that comes to my mind is a patching issue, make sure you are running the latest patching on the machine.

Also make sure that all your procs are claimed in ioscan

ioscan -fnkC processor

The vparstatus -A reports me 15 CPUS, however ioscan command reports 18 CPUS...

If you already configured all CPUs then vparstatus -A should return no free cpus. On the first post top command shows inly 6.
would you please post vparstatus output.

Hi Friends, thanks for your help, finally it was a hardware problem.
