Re: Vsifax keeps linedrop
Having been a longtime Vsifax user, this is a VSIfax issue, most likely in the modem setup string. Call Esker for an update on either the software or possibly the modem setup string. You'll also have a lot of information about the error in the output log (olog option but I've forgotten the name of the program to read the logs). If you're getting this going for the first time, are you using a recommended fax modem like the Multitech 1432, 2834 or 5634...? Most (non-Multitech) fax modems are very poorly suited to the VSIfax environment--they don't have all the fax features needed for inbound fax routing and support for reliable international faxing.

Re: Vsifax keeps linedrop
I agree with Bill. You might also get more information about what is going on, by trying it from the unix command line:
$ vfx -n 207-555-1212 somefile
And check the status:
$ vfxstat -help
$ vfx -n 207-555-1212 somefile
And check the status:
$ vfxstat -help
