vxdg list shows me two diskgroups disabled
How can I enable the two diskgroups again without shutdown the system and unmount filessystems?

run the following commands
vxdctl enable
vxdg -g recover
If it still shows same then force to recover diskgroups.
vxdctl enable
vxdg -g
If it still shows same then force to recover diskgroups.

If you are not able to make it "enable" those diskgroups then do the following.
vxdg deport
vxdg import
Repeat the above two commands for all "disabled" diskgroups.
vxdg deport
vxdg import

The problem solved to destroy the diskgroup.
