VxFS and checkpoint license

Where can I get the bundle that enables checkpoints with VxFS?

One box I would want to do this on (using 11i v2 Itanium) is using VxVM; I assume this makes no difference as checkpoints are a VxFS feature. I've boxes with 11i v2/v3 on both Itanium and PARISC: are checkpoints available to all?

None of the boxes that have fsckptadm seem to have a way to enable it.

Is this the "Willow Bundle" that a tech note mentioned? Or is it the "Veritas Storage Management" product? And where are these mysterious thingammies?

Is this product available through the DSPP?
