I have above in dmesg , and ...

- see case log for instructions

Where's this case log ?

Hi,

Dmesg may be a very old message as well. Check in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log for the date and time of this message. Then check/post the complete message so that we can direct you accordingly.

My guess, There is some problem in a filesystem.
