VXVM error

Hi,

I am new to VXVM but i saw such error in VXVM please let me know what is all about.

I assume you also see some messages like:
SCSI: Resetting SCSI -- lbolt:
SCSI: Reset detected -- lbolt:

It means you have a likely hardware fault.

You can find further info with ioscan -fkn
Check SCSI terminations.
diskinfo -v /dev/rdsk/cXtYdZ

Look at the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log file
